Check in is from 4.00pm and we request that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

The Estuary Room £45 - £55 per person per night (based on two people sharing)
This spacious room is furnished with antique mahogany furniture. It has a double bed, dining area, a chaise lounge and a comfortable old leather club armchair. Light and airy, the Estuary Room has two large sash windows and views of the Camel Estuary and Jubilee Monument.
The private bathroom is a few steps away in the highest part of the house and benefits from a separate shower and an antique, cast-iron bath in which you can relax and take in stunning views of the estuary.
Mellow and calming, this large room offers a peaceful backdrop with its beautiful fireplace, cast-iron king-size bed and antique pine furniture. Beside the sash window, the dining area overlooks the garden and offers oblique views of the estuary. For your relaxation there is an armchair and sofa.
The generous, private bathroom is a few steps away and has a roll-top antique cast-iron bath with views over the Camel Estuary, and a separate walk-in shower.
Named after the honourable former owner of Coswarth House, the Brunyee Suite has its own private access and offers the most generous accommodation in Coswarth House. With a french mood, this cool and soothing room is furnished with a double cast-iron bed, painted antique furniture and two cosy armchairs. The dining area beside the sash window offers views over the garden and oblique views of the estuary.
The bathroom is truly stunning in its proportions with a large, double-ended, cast-iron bath positioned to offer views of the Prideaux Place deer park. Why not grab a bottle of one of the excellent Camel Vineyard wines and while away the time with your loved one in a shared hot bath? Complemented by an enormous walk-in shower, wooden floors and antique chair, it really is a bathroom to waste time and pamper yourself in.
On your arrival we'll invite you to relax into your stay with a welcoming drink served in the garden or, if you'd prefer, in the privacy of your own room.
